Please be careful -- Check 1. Drum 12mm thick and precision balanced. 2. Quality of Blades. 3. Make sure two (2) bladed. 4. Check 6mm thick chipper housing and feed tray. 5. Angle of blade in drum and to Anvil in order to assure good feed and long blade life. -Ritlee have over 400 Ritlee Chippers in the SA Market-- This would not be the case if it was a bad machine!-- ask oposition how manny their company has sold!

General Performance Notes:

1. Branches full of leaves will easily be chipped.
2. Leaves on their own can block unit.-- needs weight of wood to assist with a good and efficient discharge!
3. Will chip Soft Fibrous wood like Banana with ease without blocking like vurtually all other machines on the market.
4. Above Exception picture customer is feeding 180mm Black wattle wood which is exceptionally hard!
5. Ritlee's unique desigh effectively and effiently pulls wood and brush into chipper as she is working.
6. Discharge has 360 degree rotation with bumper deflector.
7. (Oposition constantly tell customers our machine is not self feeding-- This is totally not true-- We will easily prove this, or, your call to one of our customers will put this nonsense to bed!

This machine has the normal 2 bladed chipping drum which when wood, both hard or soft is fed, the chipper chips and throws this up into the discharge, where as can be seen in picture, is mounted a roter spinning at twice the speed of the chipping drum. This roter is spinning at twice the speed of the drum.

You now have 2x options:

With 2nd door closed, as illustrated, your chips are ground constantly till all passes trough the screen. (For real fine grindings average larger than sawdust to .5cm

With 2nd door open (Just below main deflector) chips will still pass through grinder swing blades only once then all is discharged. (Giving well chipped 3/4 cm average chips.)

2. Drum is precision and dynamic balanced at experts then only assembled for a perfectly smooth balanced action
3. Drum is 45kg in weight with 2 blades mounted.
4. Drum: 12mm Thick steel, then has unique chip pockets below mounting area of chipper blade.
5. Blade bolts are High Tensile 27mm special bolts! (4x per blade!)
6. Ritlee Safety Plate mounted above blade allows 4x bolts to lock into plate for extra security.
7. Drum has our unique 27cm long x 6cm x 3cm thick solid steel blade mounting block which is angled for smooth throw at discharge.
Chipper Chamber housing made of 6mm thick pressed steel with moisture and water discharge point to prevent rust.
