- 125 means single blade 25cm radius chipper drum
- 225 means double blade 25cm radius chipper drum
Ritlee were the first company to manufacture a drum style chipper which can chip from brush to 190mm diameter wood when gravity fed and 250mm when hydraulically fed

How drum chipper works
Our Chipper drum used on all our 225 chippers
- 12mm Thick wall and sides (Thickest in the business)
- 400 kg ( Heaviest in the business)
- 500mm Diameter.
- Precision balanced with blades mounted
- 50mm Carrier shaft taper locked on both sides
- 2 chipper blades version
- Ritlee designed chip pocket under each blade
- We have a bleeder hole with sealer plug in circumference of drum to drain moisture in sealed drum which may accumulate in drum over the years and cause balance problems.
