Product Description
Horizontal and Vertical kilns of various sizes with outputs of Biochar, charcoal and wood Vinigar.
All units are supplied with:
- Kilns all manufactured of either Stainless steel (OR) Boiler Plate steel.
- You to please choose which material to be manufactured in.
- All Vertical and Horizontal batched fully insulated with 1400c fire blanket.
- Fitted with Built in condenser bank for wood Vinigar collection.
- Insulation material used (Rated to 1400 deg c)
- Thermocouple for internal tempreture monitoring
- Each unit is hot commissioned before delivery– Customer can be part of this process with training given on arrangement
Not included:
- VAT
- Transport and shipping from factory in Kimberly.

Because of the Syngas condenser for reburn, a major % of the water vapor, tar, Heavy hydrocarbons is directed this way!
This is redirected for burn and making your wood Vinigar more pure!

Syngas is condensed and re-burned.
Tar condenser or pyrolysis vapor condenser
- Syngas itself does NOT condense (it’s mainly CO, H₂, CH₄)
- What does condense is:
- Tar, Wood vinegar (pyroligneous acid), Water vapor, Heavy hydrocarbons.
- This is all directed for reburn!
- This improving the quality and purity of the wood vinegar processed in this system!
